1.項(xiàng)目背景Background

??隨著光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展,部分地區(qū)村級(jí)變壓器及工業(yè)用電變壓器容量與光伏項(xiàng)目的裝機(jī)容量處于飽和。電網(wǎng)公司要求對(duì)后建的光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為不可逆流發(fā)電系統(tǒng),指光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)所發(fā)生的電由本地負(fù)載消耗,多余的電不允許通過低壓配電變壓器向上級(jí)電網(wǎng)逆向送電。

??光伏逆變器在將光伏組件產(chǎn)生的直流電變換為交流電時(shí),會(huì)夾雜有直流分量和諧波,三相電流不平衡,輸出功率不確定性等,目前基本沒有采取治理手段,因此,當(dāng)有發(fā)電功率送往公用電網(wǎng)時(shí),就會(huì)對(duì)電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生諧波污染,易造成電網(wǎng)電壓波動(dòng),閃變等,如果有許多這樣的發(fā)電源向電網(wǎng)輸電時(shí),會(huì)導(dǎo)致電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重下降。所以這類光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)須配套加裝防逆流設(shè)施,來防止逆功率的發(fā)生。

??當(dāng)光伏發(fā)電量大于負(fù)載需求電量時(shí),會(huì)產(chǎn)生逆功率。因此,我們需要儀表來判定。逆變器有過功率輸出,再由儀表通過RS485通訊發(fā)出信號(hào)和逆變器數(shù)據(jù)交互,調(diào)節(jié)逆變器輸出功率,使其輸出功率和用電功率平衡。

??When the photovoltaic power generation is greater than the load demand, the inverse power will be generated.So we need instruments to determine that Inverter has power output, and then by the instrument through RS485 communication signal and inverter data interaction, adjust the inverter output power, so that its output power and power balance.

??當(dāng)光伏發(fā)電量大于負(fù)載需求電量時(shí),會(huì)產(chǎn)生逆功率。因此,我們需要儀表來判定逆變器有過功率輸出,再由儀表通過RS485通訊發(fā)出信號(hào)和逆變器數(shù)據(jù)交互,調(diào)節(jié)逆變器輸出功率,使其輸出功率和用電功率平衡。

??When the photovoltaic power generation is greater than the load demand, reverse power will be generated. Therefore, we need an meter to determine that the inverter has over-power output, and then the meter sends a signal through RS485 communication to interact with the inverter data to adjust the output power of the inverter to balance the output power and the electrical power.
